SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing & Production Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order pieces ship once production is complete.

  • Custom pieces require approximately 2 weeks for production.

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for added protection.

U.S. Shipping

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss, damage, or theft.

  • Orders shipping to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.

  • Military addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; delivery times may vary depending on the receiving location.

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us. Some countries have restrictions on jewelry imports, and we will do our best to assist with alternative shipping options.
