Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser (or gift recipient) against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the item. 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

• Faults in craftsmanship

• Defects in materials used during production 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including bent, worn, or missing prongs.

• Tarnishing, discoloration, or damage from chemicals and environmental exposure.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents.

• Stones, components, or items that are lost or stolen.

• Broken clasps, earring backs, chains, or links due to regular wear.

• Items altered, resized, or repaired by a third party.

Additional Terms

• Warranty coverage is valid only for the original owner and cannot be transferred

• Proof of purchase may be required to submit a warranty claim

• We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage
